Systems integration

Transactions arrive already categorized

Sorting rows before a report is usable is work a rule can do. We build the rules against your own chart of accounts, not a generic template.

The sorting tax

Platform fees, cleaning costs, management payouts and refunds all arrive mixed together. Before anything can be reported, someone works down the file deciding what each row is. The decisions are consistent month to month, which is what makes doing them by hand frustrating: the same judgement, repeated, with the occasional mistake that only surfaces at year end.

What we build

We encode those decisions as rules that run on import, matched to the categories your accountant already expects rather than a standard set we prefer. Rows the rules cannot confidently place get flagged instead of guessed at, so an error never gets buried in a total. Your team reviews the exceptions and the rules improve from there.

For a 10-property portfolio spread across 4 countries, we removed 11 hours of manual entry a month.

Month-end went from a multi-day job to about 40 minutes. Delivered in four weeks.

Send us a recent payout file and the categories you use. That is enough to see whether this is worth building.
